Si vantano di essere Best place to Work ma è solo una struttura piramidale dove l'ultimo arrivato viene buttato nel lavoro con una formazione ridicola fatta di 2 corsetti a Milano e un mare di slide da imparare su un PC. Poi ci sarà un Area manager che passa a controllarti e stressarti per farti fare i numeri voluti dall'azienda. Se sei in gamba, corretto e volenteroso non se ne accorge nessuno. Serve solo farti amico il manager di turno, fare il furbo per raggiungere i numeri che vogliono. Non serve altro

I honestly regret leaving Hilti. Great company, great culture, great opportunity. If you can get in, you will want to stay. Training is top notch and the organization really provides the support you need to succeed. Overall very smart/friendly/helpful employees and solid leadership.
Fast pace work. Great co-workers and management. Drug free environment. Fun driving forklifts and stand up trucks. Pushing carts around to load up supplies you pick from its locations.

A graduate program which is not a graduate program

I started my career in Hilti super excited especially because the management and HR were putting so much emphasis on this ‘grow graduate program’. Well, after my experience I can declare that the structure of the program is completely disorganized, they just try to employee young graduates in order to mix the background of the employees and to show the company is ‘young’ and inclusive but there is no effort to make all these young talents grow. After Hilti, I experienced a real graduate program in a multinational company which, from the beginning, shows openly to the candidates what they are expecting in terms of roles in the short-mid term period. Do not lose your time in this company. PS in Hilti even most of the managers do not speak English at all.
