I worked in Uxbridge. I was hired after a superficial interview process. My manager did not set me up objectives for my probation period and confused me all the time with her feedbacks on stakeholders management. As a result, I was sent home after 2 months and still I do clearly know where I was wrong.

Im richtigem Team das absolute Traumarbeiten. Super zusammenhalt der Kollegen.. Die vorgesetzten sind super kompetent und freundlich und fair trotz zeitdruck. Wer wirklich arbeitet und spass am dazu lernen hat ist hier perfekt verräumt. 2jahre durch gehalten.. Dann wurden 60km einfach und 3 Schicht zu viel

Journée typique avec des vistes dès 6h, mais l'entreprise prend beaucoup de CDD et les kilomètres sont éprouvants en plus du travail à effectuer entre temps.
Il faut avoir une bonne endurance car les journées sont longues.
Formateur tout de même, mais attention à la cadence
Je ne regrette pas, mais je ne tiendrais pas des années à ce rythme

They are great , I loved the pay and the hours were just all over the place and I was in school and I really wished I could of kept that job and big from it because I could be driving the trucks right now

I had to go to a 10 min doctor appointment one morning. The manager told me to take a half day off. The next day I have been told that I was not committed enough even though I finished every given project before the due dates. Also been told that as a contractor, I was not allowed to take any time off work even though she made me take a half day off for a 10 min doctor appointment and the manager ended my contract after 4 months. I was doing 10 hours a day and apparently, they were expecting a minimum of 15 hours a day from contractors. These Finance managers have no understanding of the latest technology or best practice and work from home at least twice a week doing nothing.
Stay away from this company and the Finance department. I worked at my companies, this was the worst of all.

Be at work on time so you could wait four hours for your first load of the night to be loaded. I learned I would never work here again management was uncaring. The hardest part was actually showing up for work so I could just waste four hours of my life waiting for my load. The most enjoyable part of my job was the day I said goodbye!

This is meant for Great Lakes Coca-Cola , but this was a great experience for me. I leaned a lot of machinery there and forklift as well. The people there are fun and do their jobs well
