MAIN ASSIGNMENTS:
Define, implement, improve, control and validate Change Management/Release Management/Configuration Management/Test Management of applications.
SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS
:
1. To bring in a cultural change, discipline and awareness within the organization concerning Release Management.
2. Responsible or/and accountable for Release schedule, preparation of S/W Package & target environment, SOP & deployment instruction(s), DML & CMDB maintenance, direct deployment, rollback, communication... as well as follow-up on Sanity Testing and UA Testing results.
3. DBCC Management
4. Define Key Progress Indicators over implemented processes.
OTHER ASSIGNMENTS
:
5. Support other Release Managers when/if needed.
6. Regular feedback to the ITQ Director.
YOUR REQUIRED PROFILE:
Minimum of 7 years of professional industry experience and at least 2 years past working experience as Release Manager.
Strong proven IT technical skills.
ITIL v3 Foundation certification; other ITIL certifications appreciated.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and management skills.
Responsive problem solver and action oriented.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
BS or MS in Information Technology.
Languages: fluent English; French or German is a plus.
