Due to the growth of the structure our client is looking for a TA Oversight Specialist.
In that position you will oversee Luxembourg domiciled SICAV funds and manage third party providers.
Tasks:
Retrocession management; setting, checking and review of all issues related to retrocession’s paid to Distributors.
Overview and management of account opening and maintenance activity including AML / KYC requirements.
Provision of support to distribution teams across Europe and Asia.
Assistance to key distributors for escalations and queries.
Assistance to Distribution Teams in gathering SICAV related information.
Provide support to the existing team in the performance of the above activities
General administrative activity including review of fee invoices from 3rd party providers.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
You can work as a team player and also autonomously
English is a must, French/ German are strong assets
Good communications skills
Proven experience in SICAV activity would be an asset
Previous experience as TA would also be an asset
