HELPDESK SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Main Responsabilities
Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for the support level 1
and 2 , support will operate locally and on remote users.
Produce the appropriate technical solution and documentation
Installation and configuration of Hardware, and software.
Maintenance and upgrade has to be performed on servers Windows
2003/2008
Ensure the integrity of security components like Anti-virus,
anti-spam
To participate in the design,
maintenance and development of infrastructure.
Deployment of Active Directory
strategies, policies
Keep inventories up to date
(Hardware/Software)
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
·
Service/user oriented
·
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem
solving ability
·
Superior
technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills and experience and
the ability to deal effectively with people at different levels and in
different situations
·
Languages(s): Fluent in English any other language is
an asset
·
High motivation and result oriented work ethic
·
Integrity, Honesty, Attitude, Respectful Team Player
