Project and Integration Manager- Payroll (m/f)

The Project and Integration Manager is an exciting role for an experienced project manager keen to have a broad variety of responsibilities. You will be ultimately responsible for ensuring vital integrations are handled smoothly as well as helping to grow and develop the payroll department. This requires a hands-on mentality and can-do attititude, as well as the ability to coordinate and influence teams of people to ensure effective collaboration.

The Project and Integration Manager will report to the Senior Manager of International Payroll.

Main Job Responsibilities:
Manage payroll projects for new location launches and M&A
Review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures for the new locations in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best practice operations
Work with our 3rd party vendors and partner departments to develop, test, implement and increase automation
Ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Audit regulations
Participation in business re-engineering activities to support acceptance, implementation and increase effectiveness for the payroll teams. This includes working with several project teams across the globe
Develop and implement consistent and repeatable processes for new implementations
Manage new Time and Attendance project for Europe
Build strong working relationships with various cross-functional teams to ensure groups work collaboratively to fulfill integration requirements and meet required timelines
Establish and manage effective communication interface between locations in both Operations and the Corporate environment
Manage identification of integration requirements, including technology, resourcing, and business readiness
Implement and audit controls
Define KPI’s and set up metrics data report

Basic Qualifications

Required Job Skills:
At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position
Ability to dive deep and challenge existing processes/procedures
Proven record of new country launches
Experience with payroll implementation projects
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of excel, word and power point
Project management experience
Highly committed to meeting deadlines
Willing to travel
Hands on mentality

Preferred Qualifications

Six sigma qualification advantageous
PeopleSoft knowledge desirable
