The Contracts and Negotiations (C&N) Executive provides guidance to and directly participates in contracting and negotiating non-standard Enterprise Consulting and Support Services deals. The C&N Executive provides contracts management support by interpreting contracts and assisting in contract modification. The objective is to minimize risk to Microsoft, ensuring adherence to policies, escalating risks, promoting win-win solutions for Microsoft and the customer, and providing feedback and guidance to business program groups for the development of future services offerings.
